Responsibilities

• Manage Software and Hardware Inventory/Asset management.
• Troubleshooting Laptop/desktop hardware and software applications.
• Installation of Various Operating Systems like Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11, and preparing new desktops and laptops ready with standard applications.
• Solve basic users level calls on Microsoft Windows/MS Office 365/Wired and Wireless Network-related issues.
• Provide end-user support, physically and remotely.
• Work closely with ticketing portal and timely resolve the tickets as per SLA.

Skills to have:
