Job summary

Sundaram Finance Limited is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to address user tickets covering hardware, software, and networking. The role involves guiding users through installation steps, performing remote troubleshooting, and documenting issues and resolutions for continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments, strong communication skills, and the ability to work after hours if needed.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
• Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs.
• Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities
