Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a graduate with about 1 year of experience in lending or financial services to drive branch profitability through process discipline and effective customer engagement. You will promote products, cross-sell and upsell, and ensure accurate daily transaction records.

The role requires excellent communication in the local language and English, strong business development aptitude, and the ability to build positive relationships with customers, contacts, and potential clients
