Job summary

National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) is seeking a senior product leader to drive end-to-end planning, design, and execution of UPI cross-border remittance products. You will shape the product roadmap to support global expansion and craft competitive propositions for inward and outward remittances.

You will collaborate with technology, risk, compliance, operations, and finance teams to ensure regulatory alignment (FEMA/RBI) and deliver robust, scalable payments solutions for a global

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, design, and implementation of UPI Cross‑Border Remittance products
• Define and execute product roadmap aligned with global expansion strategy
• Develop competitive propositions for Foreign Inward & Outward P2P Remittances
• Prepare Concept Notes, BRDs and define operational processes
• Ensure compliance with FEMA and RBI regulations like LRS, RDA, MTSS, and Wire Transfer
• Collaborate with Technology, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Finance, and Business teams
• Manage project execution including planning, releases, and UAT
• Support audits, governance, fraud controls, and continuous process improvement
• Drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and enhanced customer experience
