Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, design, and implementation of UPI Cross-Border Remittance products.
• Define and execute product roadmap aligned with global expansion strategy.
• Develop competitive propositions for Foreign Inward & Outward P2P Remittances.
• Prepare Concept Notes, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and define operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable FEMA and RBI regulations like LRS, RDA, MTSS, and Wire Transfer.
• Collaborate with Technology, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Finance, and Business teams.
• Manage project execution including planning, releases, and UAT.
• Support audits, governance, fraud controls, and continuous process improvement.
• Drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and enhanced customer experience.
