Responsibilities

1. Product Designing & Solutioning, running and tracking of tasks related to delivery of payment product initiatives of UPI Cross Border.
2. Managing Technology from product perspective around core payments products of UPI.
3. Co‑ordination with Internal tech and project delivery teams.
4. Regular internal updates on Key projects.
5. Using Agile implementation tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, Slack, etc. for managing task deliveries.
6. Using API performance tracking platforms like Kibana, etc. and SLA management with partners.
7. Regular SCRUM standups with internal cross‑functional teams like IT, Operations, Project Delivery.
8. Good understanding and benchmarking of existing and foreseeable trends to improve products.
