NPCI, based in Mumbai, seeks a dynamic professional to manage end-to-end partner relationships with NBBL TSPs. The role focuses on onboarding, integration, and operational excellence while identifying new business opportunities and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate across Product, Tech, Ops, and Risk to resolve issues and drive KPI-based insights. This is a full-time role in the digital payments space.

Qualifications

• Manage end-to-end relationships with NBBL TSPs as the single point of contact.
• Drive partner onboarding, integration, and operational excellence.
• Identify new business opportunities and support ecosystem expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Ops, Risk) for issue resolution.
• Track partner performance, analyse KPIs, and present business insights.
• Ensure adherence to NBBL and RBI guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with NBBL TSPs as single point of contact.
• Lead partner onboarding, integration and operations excellence.
• Spot new business opportunities and help ecosystem growth.
• Coordinate with Product, Tech, Ops, Risk to resolve issues.
• Monitor partner KPIs and present insights to stakeholders.
• Follow RBI and NBBL guidelines in all activities.
