Responsibilities

• Product delivery planning and tracking for payment product initiatives (UPI Cross Border).
• Manage technology from a product perspective around UPI core payments products.
• Coordinate with internal tech and project delivery teams.
• Provide regular updates on key projects to stakeholders.
• Use Agile tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, Slack to manage tasks.
• Monitor API performance platforms like Kibana and manage SLAs with partners.
• Conduct regular SCRUM standups with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Project Delivery).
• Benchmark trends to improve current and future products.
