Responsibilities

• Design and deliver the business model and competitive product proposition for UPI Cross‑Border Remittances.
• Own the product roadmap, execution, and delivery, accelerating growth across new customer and business segments.
• Drive end‑to‑end product P&L, optimizing costs, margins, revenue growth, and loss reduction.
• Define, document, and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), operating models, and end‑to‑end business and operational processes.
• Ensure robust risk, fraud, audit, and governance controls across product design and execution.
• Support new product launches with structured and timely stakeholder communication.
• Partner closely with Technology, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Legal, Finance, Sales, and Business teams to deliver best‑in‑class remittance solutions.
• Drive continuous process improvement by identifying control gaps and coordinating with internal audit to meet SLAs and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure high‑quality functional testing and exception management to minimize operational issues and enhance customer experience.
