Job summary

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and ownership-driven Senior Operations Associate to manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with internal stakeholders, track deliverables, and drive process efficiency. The role will involve managing operational data, coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders, tracking tasks and deliverables, preparing reports and MIS, identifying operational gaps and supporting timely resolution of issues. The candidate will be expected to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities and contribute towards improving operational efficiency.

What you'll do

• Manage daily operational activities and ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Maintain operational data, trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.
• Track tasks, deliverables, and key operational metrics.
• Identify operational gaps and drive timely issue resolution.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and operational records.
• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned activities with minimal supervision.

What We’re Looking For

• 3-4 years of experience in Operations or a similar role.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
