Filo EdTech INC. is seeking a dedicated Associate for Field Operations and Compliance in Gurgaon. The role oversees Ground Coordinators, ensuring field visits align with SOPs, and escalates risks promptly for high-quality execution.

You will track activities, coordinate schedules, and maintain detailed performance records while collaborating with Operations, Programs, and Management teams to drive smooth operations. EdTech experience is preferred and a strong ownership mindset is essential.

Responsibilities

• Track daily field activities and progress of Ground Coordinators across assigned regions.
• Serve as first point of contact for Ground Coordinators and resolve day-to-day operational challenges.
• Prepare and coordinate field visit schedules per business requirements.
• Keep teams updated about schedules, changes and instructions.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, processes, and guidelines.
• Identify delays or non-compliance and escalate to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, reports, activities and coordinator performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Program and Management for smooth execution.
• Share daily/weekly progress updates and key risks.
• Identify recurring challenges and propose practical improvements.

Job Summary

The Field Operations and Compliance directly oversees Ground Coordinators across assigned regions, tracking their daily field visits, activities, and overall progress. Responsible for driving operational compliance, this role ensures field teams strictly adhere to established SOPs, processes, and operational guidelines. The Associate proactively identifies delays or non-compliance, maintains accurate field performance records, and escalates risks to ensure smooth, high-quality execution on the ground.

What you'll do

• Track daily activities, field visits, and progress across assigned regions of Ground Co-ordinators
• Act as the first point of contact for GCs and help resolve their day-to-day operational challenges.
• Prepare and coordinate field visit schedules based on business requirements and instructions from the reporting manager.
• Keep Ground Coordinators and internal teams updated about schedules, changes, and important instructions.
• Ensure field teams follow defined SOPs, processes, and operational guidelines.
• Spot delays, gaps, or non-compliance and proactively escalated them to the relevant stakeholders.
• Keep accurate records of field visits, reports, activities, and coordinator performance.
• Work closely with Operations, Program, and Management teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Share daily/weekly updates covering progress, challenges, key issues, and risks.
• Identify recurring operational challenges and suggest practical improvements.
