Job summary

Filo EdTech INC. is seeking a proactive Associate to promote the Filo app among students in underdeveloped regions and help increase app adoption.

You will engage with students and parents through direct phone calls, explain the benefits and features of the Filo app, and guide them on how to use the platform. The role requires excellent bilingual communication in Hindi and English, empathy, problem-solving, and the ability to motivate students to engage with the app.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 0–1 year of prior experience.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week from the office.

Responsibilities

• Student & Parent Outreach: Make direct outreach calls in Hindi and English to promote the Filo app.
• App Demonstration & Guidance: Explain features and show students how to access the platform.
• Student Engagement: Motivate students to use Filo for academic questions.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot basic technical or usage issues.
• Empathetic Communication: Interact patiently with students and parents from diverse backgrounds.
• App Adoption: Identify challenges and improve student adoption and engagement.
• Student Satisfaction: Gather feedback and share insights with internal teams.
• Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure adoption.

The role will involve engaging with students and parents through direct phone calls, explaining the benefits and features of the Filo app, guiding students on how to ask academic questions and supporting them in resolving basic technical or usage-related issues.

What you'll do

• Student & Parent Outreach: Make direct outreach calls in Hindi and English to students and parents in underdeveloped regions to create awareness and promote the Filo app.
• App Demonstration & Guidance: Explain the key features and benefits of the Filo app and guide students on how to access the platform and ask academic questions effectively.
• Student Engagement: Motivate students to actively use Filo for resolving their academic doubts and encourage regular engagement with the platform.
• Issue Resolution: Understand and troubleshoot basic technical, application or usage-related issues faced by students and provide appropriate support.
• Empathetic Communication: Interact patiently and empathetically with students and parents from diverse backgrounds, ensuring clarity and a positive experience during every interaction.
• App Adoption: Identify challenges affecting app usage and implement practical strategies to improve student adoption and engagement.
• Student Satisfaction: Gather feedback from students and parents, identify recurring concerns and share insights with relevant internal teams to improve the overall user experience.
• Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with students/parents wherever required to ensure successful app adoption and continued usage.

What we're looking for

• Adaptability: Ability to interact with students and parents from diverse backgrounds and adapt communication accordingly.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience: 0–1 year of prior experience. Experience working with NGOs, government schools or EdTech platforms will be an advantage.
• Availability: Willingness to work 6 days a week from the office, Monday to Saturday.
