Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven CSR Partnerships Experts to lead our efforts in identifying and expanding business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in market research, relationship building, and strategic planning, especially in engaging with government bodies and public sector organizations. This role is pivotal in driving the company’s growth and achieving long-term partnerships with both government and private stakeholders. The role will also involve collaborating with CSR partners and organizations to drive impactful education initiatives and expand Filo’s reach in the social impact ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Business Opportunity Identification:
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging business opportunities and build strong pipelines in target markets.
• Assess and prioritize potential areas for expansion based on market trends and company goals.
• Relationship Building:
• Establish and foster relationships with prospective CSR donors and public sector organizations to explore potential collaborations, partnerships, and contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective stakeholders to drive long-term business partnerships.
• Strategic Planning:
• Develop and implement strategic business plans and sales strategies aligned with company objectives to meet growth targets.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand business needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Proposal and Presentation Development:
• Prepare, present, and follow through on detailed proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Utilize data-driven insights to support proposals and ensure effective stakeholder engagement.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Manage relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and coordination.
• Facilitate strong connections with government or private sector partners to support business objectives.
• Develop the revenue model and strategy: Define the value proposition of Filo’s offerings and design sustainable revenue models. Prepare annual/monthly sales plans, budgets and pricing strategies.
• CSR & Social Impact Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with CSR partners, foundations, and social impact organizations to expand access to quality education initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with corporate CSR teams, NGOs, and implementation partners to drive impactful education programs aligned with organizational goals. Support proposal creation, partnership discussions, and execution of CSR-driven projects across government and underserved education sectors.
