Job Summary

This is a full-time Recruitment Associate role based in Gurugram. The role involves managing end-to-end tutor recruitment, supporting hiring for government projects, coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment process, conducting interviews, evaluating candidate profiles, and ensuring timely shortlisting and onboarding. The position also includes handling recruitment operations and maintaining effective communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for tutors across multiple subjects, curricula, and hiring requirements.
• Support recruitment for government projects by sourcing, screening, and shortlisting suitable candidates.
• Conduct candidate interactions and interviews to assess skills, experience, and role suitability.
• Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.
• Manage recruitment operations, maintain candidate records, and support ongoing hiring initiatives.

What we're looking for

• 0–1 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR role.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of hiring, candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
