Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into optimal technical designs for pre-sales using platforms like Llamasoft, Anaplan, or Kinaxis.
• Use simulation and optimization tools (Gurobi, CPLEX, Supply Chain Guru, Excel Solver, AnyLogic) to evaluate and select solution options.
• Own end-to-end inventory planning for finished goods and packaging materials to hit service level targets.
• Collect and implement S&OP feedback to optimize stock levels and analyze stockouts root causes.
• Coordinate stock allocation and shipments with PPC and Sales teams to fulfill orders.
• Oversee warehouse operations, maintain stock accuracy, and conduct regular stock reconciliations.
• Identify supply chain risks and implement contingency plans for business continuity.
• Resolve service failures and eliminate bottlenecks through root-cause analysis and alternative execution strategies.
• Drive operational excellence across inventory, logistics, and pre-sales workflows under tight timelines.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Support pre-sales initiatives by translating business requirements into optimal technical designs using platforms like Llamasoft, Anaplan, or Kinaxis
2. Utilize simulation and optimization tools (Gurobi, CPLEX, Supply Chain Guru, Excel Solver, AnyLogic) to evaluate and select solution options
3. Own end-to-end inventory planning for finished goods and packaging materials to consistently hit service level and fill rate targets
4. Collect and implement S&OP feedback to optimize stock levels, track inventory health KPIs (availability, backorders, stock cover), and analyze root causes for stockouts
5. Manage order fulfillment by coordinating stock allocation and shipments against sales plans in close alignment with PPC and Sales teams
6. Oversee warehouse operations, maintain stock accuracy, and execute regular stock reconciliations
7. Identify supply chain risks - such as vendor delays and logistics constraints - and implement proactive contingency plans to ensure business continuity
8. Resolve service failures and eliminate supply chain bottlenecks through structured root-cause analysis and alternate execution strategies
9. Drive operational excellence across inventory, logistics, and pre-sales workflows under tight timelines
10. Concurrently manage multiple high-priority planning, analytical, and operational deliverables in a fast-paced environment

Ideal Candidate

1. Degree (Diploma/B.Com/B.Sc/B.E.) with 6–10 years of experience, or an MBA in Supply Chain/Operations
2. Strong knowledge of domestic shipping documents (Tax Invoices, E-Invoices, EWBs, LRs, Delivery Challans) and export processes
3. Hands‑on experience collaborating with logistics providers and freight forwarders for smooth shipment execution
4. Hands‑on expertise in SAP MM and SD modules related to logistics
5. Proficient in freight payment processing and logistics MIS reporting
6. Proven ability to lead and manage a team of 20 to 50 members
