Job summary

BVR People Consulting is seeking an experienced SCM professional to manage end-to-end supply chain operations in Karnataka. You will coordinate demand and production planning, customer service, and warehouse/logistics to ensure timely execution.

The role requires deep expertise in demand planning, production scheduling and inventory management, with hands-on SAP/ERP exposure and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• An MBA/PGDM in Operations, Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in supply chain, planning and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including demand and production planning, customer service, warehouse and logistics.
• Coordinate forecasts and production plans with customers and PPC teams for timely execution.
• Monitor RM, PM, Liner and MB requirements on weekly, monthly and annual bases.
• Track plan vs. actual, machine utilization, production output and inventory levels.
• Ensure OTIF delivery and communicate potential delays or losses proactively.
• Oversee SFG/FG inventory and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Coordinate POs, SOs and delivery commitments with planning and production teams.
• Oversee warehouse operations including WMS, stock reconciliation, tracing and packing output.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Supply Chain operations covering demand planning, production planning, customer service, warehouse and logistics.
• Coordinate with customers and central PPC teams to obtain forecasts and production plans and ensure timely execution.
• Prepare and monitor RM, PM, Liner and MB requirements on weekly, monthly and annual basis.
• Monitor Plan vs. Actual, machine utilization, production output and inventory levels.
• Ensure OTIF (On-Time In-Full) customer delivery and proactively communicate potential sales losses or delivery delays.
• Manage SFG and FG inventory and ensure optimum stock levels.
• Coordinate customer Purchase Orders, Sales Orders and delivery commitments with planning and production teams.
• Manage warehouse operations including WMS transactions, stock reconciliation, material traceability, packing output and scrap disposal.
• Coordinate material movement to/from sterilization vendors and manage external warehouse operations.
• Plan daily dispatches, arrange vehicles and ensure compliance with loading and dispatch procedures.
• Ensure dispatch documentation including Invoice, E-Way Bill, LR and COA is completed accurately

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in Operations, Supply Chain or Logistics will be an added advantage.
• 8-12 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Production Planning, Customer Service, Warehouse and Logistics operations.
• Strong experience in Demand Planning, Production Planning, Material Planning and Inventory Management.
• Hands-on experience in Warehouse Management, WMS, Dispatch Planning and Logistics Operations.
• Good understanding of OTIF, FG/SFG inventory, stock reconciliation, forecasting and customer order management.
• Experience working with SAP/ERP systems; SAP MM/PP/WM/EWM knowledge preferred.
