Job summary

Communications Test Design in Gurugram is seeking a logistics specialist to manage end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics operations, coordinate receipt of materials, and execute outbound shipments to customers, service centers and vendors.

You will maintain ERP/SAP driven inventory records, handle stock reconciliation, prepare dispatch documents, track shipments, and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards, while collaborating with procurement, warehouse, and planning teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing inbound and outbound logistics processes.
• Proficient in inventory and warehouse management.
• Experience in shipment coordination and transportation management.
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills.
• ERP/SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• Coordinate the receipt of incoming materials and verify quantity and quality.
• Plan and execute outbound shipments to customers, service centers, and vendors.
• Prepare dispatch documentation, including invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and shipping labels.
• Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, and freight providers for timely deliveries.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments and provide regular status updates.
• Maintain inventory records and update ERP/SAP systems accurately.
• Perform stock reconciliation and support cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Stores, Planning, Repair, and Operations teams.
• Handle reverse logistics, customer returns (RMA), and vendor returns.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and logistics policies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics MIS reports.
• Monitor inventory levels and support material planning to avoid stock shortages.
