Job summary

Indorama Ventures Global Shared Services in India seeks a logistics professional to execute planning, documentation, and MIS for end-to-end supply chain operations. The role requires hands-on SAP S/4HANA and ERP experience, with a focus on shipping docs, invoicing, and cross-border processes.

The incumbent will support continuous improvement initiatives, analytics, and dashboards while coordinating with multiple regions and time zones.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute logistics operations including planning, documentation and MIS.
• Manage processes such as STO, SOPO, POSO, PGI, GRN, OBD, BOL, shipping documentation, LC, and invoicing.
• Provide tactical process support, analytics and dashboards; drive continuous improvement.

Role & responsibilities

• Position responsible for executing Logistics operations including but not limited to Planning, Documentation, MIS. Well aware about various processes e.g. STO, SOPO, POSO, PGI, GRN, OBD, BOL, Shipping Documentation, LC, Sales Invoice, ARD, Truck In/Out, Road/Rail/Sea/Air Transport process and documentation, OTIF.
• Hands on exp in any of SCM functions - Material Handling and Storage, Inventory and Warehouse, Packaging and Labelling, Transportation and Shipping, Order Processing.
• Provides tactical process support, such as for Logistics MIS, Analytics, Dashboards etc.
• Drive identification of continuous improvement opportunities throughout the organization.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have working experience in SAP S4 HANA, Transport and Warehouse Management Module.
• Sound knowledge of MDG Vendor master/material master creation is preferable.
• Experience with workflow management tools, and ERP systems (e.g. SAP), and Microsoft office applications, including managing large databases.
• Purchasing experience in a manufacturing industry with a demonstrated track record on cost savings in a similar role is preferred.
• Tenacity to work in international environment with operational challenges across different time zone / Countries / department.
• Ability to build relationships across the organization and geographic regions.
• Must be comfortable to work in US/NAM Time zones.
