Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, commerce, or related field.
- Experience in FMCG/Pharma/Nutraceuticals preferred.
- Hands-on experience in warehouse management and secondary & middle-mile logistics operations.
Responsibilities
- Managed daily logistics operations including dispatch planning, transportation, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, and distributors to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and minimize shortages or excess stock.
- Ensure proper documentation for dispatch, invoicing, and statutory compliance.
- Track inward and outward material movement and maintain accurate records.
- Optimize logistics costs through effective route planning and transporter negotiations.
- Handle returns, damages, and reverse logistics efficiently.
- Support sales and finance teams with stock availability, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
