Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, commerce, or related field.
• Experience in FMCG/Pharma/Nutraceuticals preferred.
• Hands-on experience in warehouse management and secondary & middle-mile logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Managed daily logistics operations including dispatch planning, transportation, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, and distributors to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and minimize shortages or excess stock.
• Ensure proper documentation for dispatch, invoicing, and statutory compliance.
• Track inward and outward material movement and maintain accurate records.
• Optimize logistics costs through effective route planning and transporter negotiations.
• Handle returns, damages, and reverse logistics efficiently.
• Support sales and finance teams with stock availability, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
