Job summary

Attero in Pune, Maharashtra, is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to handle end-to-end hiring for blue-collar, frontline, manufacturing and industrial roles. You will drive volume hiring for plant operations, source candidates across Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals and referrals, and coordinate with plant HR to meet manpower demands.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar, frontline, manufacturing, and industrial positions.
• Manage volume hiring requirements for plant and operational manpower.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, referrals and social media.
• Conduct effective Boolean searches and keyword-based sourcing to identify relevant candidates.
• Screen candidates based on experience, skills, location, salary, shift requirements, and job suitability.
• Recruit for operators, technicians, helpers, warehouse manpower, production staff, maintenance staff and other plant-level roles.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming manpower requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers, plant HR, and stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Conduct telephonic screening and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Maintain regular candidate engagement and follow-ups throughout the process.
• Coordinate the complete recruitment process from sourcing to joining, including offer and joining.
• Drive offer-to-join conversion and ensure joining within timelines.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and daily/weekly hiring reports.
• Work on multiple positions simultaneously and ensure timely closure of open requirements.
• Develop local talent pools and explore new sourcing channels for blue-collar manpower.
