Qualifications

• 2-3 years of hands-on HR recruitment experience, specifically blue-collar hiring.
• Experience in bulk recruitment and frontline staff placement.
• Proficient with job portals like Naukri and WorkIndia.
• Local sourcing, candidate calling, screening and interview coordination.
• Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple openings.
• Basic MS Excel knowledge and recruitment reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and non-IT positions.
• Manage bulk hiring for operations and frontline roles such as helpers, warehouse staff, delivery executives, drivers, technicians, security, housekeeping, etc.
• Source candidates via portals, referrals, WhatsApp, local networks, walk-ins and drives.
• Screen candidates based on requirements, experience, salary, location and availability.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and coordinate interviews.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure joining.
• Coordinate offer communication, document collection, verification, and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain candidate database for current and future needs.
• Coordinate with operations and hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate status updates.
• Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining quality and joining ratios.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding blue-collar staff to meet the organization's manpower requirements within the defined timelines.

The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good communication abilities, and experience hiring frontline and operational staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and non-IT positions.
• Manage bulk hiring for operational and frontline roles such as helpers, warehouse staff, delivery executives, drivers, technicians, security guards, housekeeping staff, and other relevant positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, WorkIndia, job portals, employee referrals, WhatsApp groups, local networks, walk-ins, and recruitment drives.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements, experience, salary expectations, location, and availability.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and coordinate interviews with the concerned departments.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining.
• Coordinate offer communication, document collection, verification, and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate with operations and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Maintain daily recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and candidate status updates.
• Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining hiring quality and joining ratios.

Required Skills and Qualifications
