Job summary

Subex is seeking a Sr Associate in Bid Management to drive RFx proposals from inception to submission at our Bangalore office. The role focuses on structured storytelling, timely delivery, and coordinating input from Presales, Delivery, SMEs, Customer Success, Legal and Finance to craft compelling bids.

You will lead the bid process, build reusable content libraries, and support the sales team with information gathering and impactful presentations for customers.

Qualifications

• MBA with specialization in IT Systems and/or Marketing.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Superb coordination skills across multiple departments simultaneously.
• Ability to push and draw information from people, within and outside Subex.
• Strong presentation and organization skills.
• Ability to prioritize objectively and deliver against firm deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the tender cycle end to end, from RFQs to final submission.
• Craft winning proposals in collaboration with Presales, Delivery, SMEs, Customer Success, Legal and Finance.
• Champion the Bid Management Process across cross-functional teams.
• Build and manage a reusable content repository; lead automation initiatives.
• Partner with Sales to gather information from clients, vendors and stakeholders.
• Create and deliver customized pitches and presentations to customers.
• Coordinate across departments to extract bid requirements from inside and outside Subex.

What you’ll do:

• Own the tender cycle. Handle RFQs, RFIs and RFPs end to end, from first read to final submission.
• Craft winning proposals. Develop detailed proposals, bids and RFI responses by collaborating with Presales, Delivery, SMEs, Customer Success, Legal and Finance.
• Be the process champion. Follow the Bid Management Process and make sure it’s practiced by you and by every cross-functional team involved.
• Build the knowledge engine. Create and manage a reusable repository of content, and lead automation initiatives by building libraries.
• Partner with Sales. Guide and support the sales team in gathering the right information from clients, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Pitch with impact. Create and deliver customized pitches, communications and presentations to customers.
• Connect the dots. Coordinate across multiple departments at once and draw out the information the bid needs, from inside and outside Subex.
