Job summary

Syndrome NewEdge is seeking a Bid & Proposal Manager in Mumbai to own the complete bid lifecycle from opportunity to submission. You will analyze RFPs/RFQs and customer requirements, coordinate with Sales, Presales, Technical, Finance and Legal teams, and prepare high-quality proposals ensuring compliance and timely submissions.

The role requires strong coordination, attention to detail and stakeholder management to deliver competitive bids in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end bid lifecycle management.
• Ability to analyze RFPs/RFQs/tenders and extract customer requirements.
• Coordinate across Sales, Presales, Technical, Finance and Legal teams.
