Job summary

Information Services Group in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with 5-10 years in IT services, technology consulting, or professional services. You will own end-to-end recruitment, partnering with senior leaders to attract and hire top talent across IT and non-IT functions.

You will drive sourcing strategies, manage offers and onboarding, and ensure a smooth candidate experience while monitoring metrics and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experience handling the complete recruitment lifecycle independently
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, including offers and negotiations
• Drive hires across IT/Non-IT and Consulting with experience in presales, bid management, strategic sourcing, PMO and transformation
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand hiring priorities
• Develop sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, referrals, networking and market mapping
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and strong offer-to-join conversion
• Track recruitment metrics, pipeline health and SLA adherence
• Mentor junior recruiters where applicable

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with 5-10 years of experience in IT Services, Technology Consulting, or Professional Services environments. The individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders to attract and hire top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, including offer generation, negotiation, and post-offer engagement.
• Drive hiring across IT/ Non-IT, Consulting, with prior experience in recruiting Presales, Bid Management, Strategic Sourcing, PMO, and Transformation functions.
• Partner with Hiring Managers, Business Leaders, senior stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and workforce needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and market mapping.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience and strong offer-to-join conversion.
• Track recruitment metrics, pipeline health, and SLA adherence.
• Mentor and support junior recruiters where applicable.

Desired Profile

• 5-10 years of recruitment experience with strong exposure to IT and consulting hiring.
• Proven experience handling the complete recruitment lifecycle independently.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Experience working closely with senior leadership, hiring managers, and interview panels.
• Prior hiring experience in Presales, Bid Management, Strategic Sourcing, Consulting, Technology, or Transformation domains preferred.
• Exposure to ATS tools, market intelligence, and recruitment analytics.
