Aria Holding India is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager - Technology & Consulting to lead end-to-end talent acquisition for technology and consulting functions. You will design recruitment strategies, build and manage high-performing teams, and partner with business leaders to deliver top talent within deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in tech/consulting hiring, strong stakeholder management, workforce planning, analytics, and hands-on experience
