Qualifications

• 15+ years in end-to-end technology recruitment.
• 10+ years in a team management role.
• Bachelor's degree in HR/BA/PSY; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technology and leadership hiring across multiple business units and service lines.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring priorities.
• Drive hiring for niche technology skills including Cloud, AI/GenAI, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, Product Engineering, Infrastructure, and Digital Technologies.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies via LinkedIn Recruiter, portals, social platforms, referrals, and market mapping.
• Build talent pipelines and engage proactively for current and future needs.
• Conduct market research, compensation benchmarking, and talent intelligence reporting.
• Lead leadership hiring and executive search for Director to CXO levels.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and provide regular hiring updates and market insights.
• Oversee offer management, compensation negotiations, and candidate experience initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment, stakeholder management, talent mapping, and leadership hiring within the IT Services, Digital, Cloud, Data, Engineering, and Emerging Technology domains. This is a strategic hiring leadership role responsible for partnering with business leaders, creating talent acquisition strategies, building high-quality talent pipelines, and ensuring timely closure of critical and niche technology positions. The individual will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership teams, driving recruitment excellence, employer branding, and talent intelligence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technology and leadership hiring across multiple business units and service lines.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce planning, hiring priorities, and talent requirements.
• Drive hiring for niche technology skills including Cloud, AI/GenAI, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, Product Engineering, Infrastructure, and Digital Technologies.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media platforms, referrals, networking, and direct market mapping.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs through proactive talent engagement.
• Conduct talent market research, competitor analysis, compensation benchmarking, and talent intelligence reporting.
• Drive leadership hiring and executive search mandates across Director, AVP, VP, and CXO-level positions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment metrics including Time-to-Hire, Quality of Hire, Offer-to-Join Ratio, Hiring Manager Satisfaction, and Diversity Hiring targets.
• Lead offer management, compensation negotiations, and candidate experience initiatives to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Management, and Employer Branding teams to strengthen the talent acquisition function.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in Technology Talent Acquisition within IT Services, Consulting, Product Engineering, GCCs, or Captive Organizations.
• 15+ years of experience in end-to-end technology recruitment with at least 10 years in a team management role.
• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
