Job summary

CIMET in Jaipur is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition leader to guide analytics hiring across IT services and consulting. You will drive end-to-end recruitment, shape strategies with hiring managers, and raise hiring quality through metrics-driven improvements.

You will lead a team to source, screen, and secure top talent, while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring timely delivery of high-caliber candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years in analytics hiring or headhunting within IT services/consulting.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment leadership from sourcing to offer.
• Strong understanding of trends in tech hiring (AI/ML/Data Science).
• Excellent communication to build relationships with internal stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (internal stakeholders) at all levels.
