Job summary

Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India is seeking a Senior Analyst to support transaction banking operations across cash management, commercial payments, treasury services, trade finance, and liquidity management for US regional and institutional banking clients.

You will handle complex transactions, resolve escalations, strengthen controls, and drive process improvements while coordinating with middle office and stakeholders. Chennai, Gurgaon, and Pune are listed locations.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in transaction banking, treasury services, or related financial operations.
• Hands-on experience with complex servicing events, reconciliations, and payment exceptions.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, treasury products, and transaction processing.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor wire transfers, ACH payments, SWIFT, and cash concentration services.
• Investigate and resolve payment exceptions and client queries, including escalated cases.
• Manage transaction lifecycle activities while maintaining service quality and controls.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive remediation for recurring issues.
• Support client service reviews, performance reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Assist with KYC, AML, sanctions screening, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Review and monitor daily operational reports (overdraft, DDA, SAV, SDB, CD).
• Coach analysts, review output quality, maintain SOPs, and coordinate with middle office.

2. Demonstrated experience handling complex servicing events, transaction exceptions, and reconciliations.
3. Strong understanding of payment systems, treasury products, and transaction banking operations.
4. Hands-on experience with Fiserv, DNA, and AFS Vision.
5. A degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline; an MBA, CA, CFA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools.
7. Experience with banking platforms, treasury management systems, and workflow tools.
