Job summary

Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India is seeking an Analyst Commercial Banking Operations with 2–5 years of experience to support US regional and commercial banking operations from India. You will process transactions, manage onboarding, perform KYC/AML/CIP checks, and respond to client inquiries with accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in commercial banking or banking operations.
• Familiarity with commercial lending products, loan servicing, deposits and retail banking products.
• Hands-on experience with Fiserv, DNA and AFS Vision.
• Proficiency in Excel, reconciliation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handle account opening, maintenance and documentation requests for commercial banking customers.
• Support onboarding activities and ensure accurate customer documentation.
• Process banking products including ACH, wire transfers, loans, deposits and overdrafts.
• Perform KYC, AML, CIP and other regulatory checks.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding accounts, treasury services, loans, payments and digital banking platforms.
• Conduct daily reconciliations across GL, settlement and suspense accounts; report discrepancies.
• Review daily banking reports (overdraft, DDA, SAV, SDB, CD).
• Participate in audits, QA reviews and control activities.
• Review work by junior team members to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with policies and risk controls.

Are you an experienced Banking Operations professional with expertise in commercial banking, transaction processing, cash management and client servicing? We are looking for a detail-oriented Analyst to support US regional and commercial banking operations, ensuring accurate transaction processing, timely service delivery and compliance with operational standards.
