Job summary

Apex Group is recruiting a Senior Analyst for Global Payments in Pune. You will process domestic and international payments, review instructions, and support cash settlement activities while coordinating with global teams. Strong knowledge of SWIFT, FED, FX, and related payment mechanisms is essential.

The role requires 2–9 years in payments or treasury, with a focus on accuracy and client service in a fast-paced environment. MBA/AMBA or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• B.Com, MBA or equivalent qualification required.
• 2-9 years of relevant experience in Payments, Banking, Treasury, or Transfer Agency.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor domestic and international payments (SWIFT, FED, FX, RTGS, NEFT, wire transfers).
• Review and validate payment instructions, SSIs, bank details, and settlement information.
• Handle fund-related vendor and custody bank invoice verification and payments.
• Support subscription, redemption, and cash settlement activities.
• Monitor payment mailboxes and manage transactions based on currency cut-off timings.
• Investigate payment queries and provide support to clients and global offices.
• Ensure timely completion of daily payment processing and escalation of issues when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders across global locations.
