Job summary

Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India is seeking an Analyst - Loan Operations for a leading global analytics and financial services organization in Chennai/Mumbai. You will support wealth credit transactions across the full lifecycle, from deal setup to post-disbursement monitoring.

The role requires 3–5 years in transaction management or loan operations, familiarity with wealth management products, and hands-on use of Loan IQ, Flexcube, or similar platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in transaction management, loan operations, or credit operations.
• Exposure to Wealth Management, Private Banking, or secured lending portfolios.
• Working knowledge of wealth credit products such as Lombard lending, margin loans, or secured facilities.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end wealth credit transaction lifecycle from deal setup to post-disbursement monitoring.
• Review credit approval memoranda, term sheets, and credit agreements for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist facility setup and booking readiness across lending platforms with data accuracy.
• Monitor covenants, collateral, LTV and margins; identify exceptions.
• Perform data quality checks, reconciliations, and remediation for internal and regulatory reporting.

Requirements

6. Graduate qualification in finance, commerce, management, or a related discipline.
