Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India is seeking a Senior Analyst for secondary loan trade servicing and settlement. You will manage complex settlements, review trade docs, and resolve escalations across Loan IQ and related platforms.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years in loan trade operations, strong knowledge of LSTA, and experience mentoring teammates. This role is based in multiple Indian cities with growth in banking operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of LSTA documentation and distressed loan settlement mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Manage the settlement and servicing of complex secondary loan trades, including distressed loans and PIK positions.
• Review trade documentation and ensure accurate facility and position setup in Loan IQ.
• Resolve settlement breaks, funding discrepancies and counterparty disputes.
• Review funding memos, reconciliations and accrual adjustments.
• Ensure adherence to risk controls, KRIs, and audit/regulatory requirements.
• Monitor settlement turnaround times against LSTA timelines.
• Maintain SOPs, mentor junior analysts and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate with trading desks, middle office and platform support teams.

We are looking for a skilled Senior Analyst to manage complex loan trade settlements, resolve escalations and ensure operational accuracy across loan servicing platforms.

• Manage the settlement and servicing of complex secondary loan trades, including distressed loans, partially funded positions, delayed-draw facilities and PIK positions.
• Review trade documentation and assignment agreements, ensuring accurate facility and position setup in Loan IQ.
• Resolve escalated settlement breaks, funding discrepancies and counterparty disputes through detailed root cause analysis.
• Review and approve funding memos, position reconciliations and accrual adjustments.
• Ensure adherence to operational controls, risk management frameworks, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and audit and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor settlement turnaround times against LSTA timelines and ensure timely completion of trade lifecycle activities.
• Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), mentor junior analysts and support continuous process improvement.
• Coordinate with trading desks, middle office, finance teams and platform support teams to ensure seamless trade settlement and servicing.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in secondary loan trade settlement and servicing.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Loan IQ and ClearPar.
• In-depth knowledge of LSTA documentation, par and distressed loan settlement mechanics, and secondary loan trading.
• Experience handling complex settlement issues, funding discrepancies, reconciliations and trade lifecycle events.
• Understanding of operational risk controls, audit requirements and risk management frameworks.
• Experience mentoring analysts and supporting process improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce or a related discipline; MBA, CA, CFA or equivalent qualification preferred.
