Responsibilities

• Support business continuity, resilience and risk management initiatives.
• Plan capacity, forecast volumes, and manage team performance.

Lead - Global Transaction Banking Operations - 8 to 12 Years

We are looking for a Lead Analyst to drive operational excellence, client service delivery, process optimisation, and risk management across transaction banking operations for US regional and commercial banking customers. The role requires strong expertise in payments, cash management, treasury services, stakeholder management, and team leadership, along with the ability to lead process transformation initiatives in a global banking environment.

Responsibilities -

1. Lead day-to-day transaction banking operations, including domestic and international payments, loans, deposits, ACH, wire transfers, and SWIFT transactions.
2. Drive operational efficiency while ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and quality standards.
3. Act as the escalation point for complex transaction issues, exceptions, and client concerns.
4. Review and monitor daily operational reports, including overdraft, DDA, SAV, SDB, and CD reports.
5. Support business continuity, operational resilience, and risk management initiatives.
6. Plan capacity, forecast transaction volumes, manage resourcing, and monitor team performance.
7. Participate in client onboarding, implementation, and service review discussions.
8. Ensure compliance with banking regulations, KYC, AML, sanctions, and internal control frameworks.

Requirements -

1. 8-12 years of experience in transaction banking, treasury services, cash management, payments, commercial banking operations, or financial services.
2. At least 3 years of team leadership experience.
3. Experience supporting corporate, regional, commercial, and institutional banking clients.
4. Deep hands-on experience with Fiserv, DNA, and AFS Vision.
5. Proven stakeholder management experience with US or global banks.
6. A degree in Finance or a related discipline; an MBA, CA, CFA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
7. Strong communication, decision‑making, problem‑solving, and people leadership skills.
