Qualificações

• 8–12 years of experience in Transaction Banking, Treasury Services, Cash Management, Payments, Commercial Banking Operations or Financial Services.
• At least 3 years of team leadership experience.
• Experience supporting corporate, regional, commercial and institutional banking clients.
• Hands-on expertise with Fiserv, DNA and AFS Vision.
• Strong stakeholder management with US or global banks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day transaction banking operations, including domestic and international payments.
• Oversee processing of loan, deposit, ACH, wire transfer, SWIFT and other payment transactions.
• Drive operational efficiency while meeting SLAs, KPIs and quality standards.
• Escalation point for complex transaction exceptions and client concerns.
• Review daily banking reports and ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
• Mentor and train analysts to strengthen performance and quality.
• Lead process improvement, transformation and digitalization within GTMS.

Lead Analyst Transaction Banking Operations | 812 Years

Are you an experienced banking operations professional with strong expertise in transaction banking, cash management, payments and treasury services? We are looking for a Lead Analyst to drive operational excellence, manage complex banking transactions, strengthen risk controls and lead teams supporting US regional, commercial and institutional banking clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day transaction banking operations, including domestic and international payments.
• Oversee the accurate and timely processing of loan, deposit, ACH, wire transfer, SWIFT and other payment transactions.
• Drive operational efficiency while ensuring adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality standards.
• Act as the escalation point for complex transaction exceptions, reconciliation issues and client concerns.
• Review and monitor daily banking reports, including overdraft, DDA, SAV, SDB and CD reports.
• Support business continuity planning and operational resilience initiatives.
• Manage capacity planning, volume forecasting, resource allocation and team performance.
• Participate in client onboarding, implementation activities and service review discussions.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, KYC, AML, sanctions screening and internal control frameworks.
• Mentor, train and guide analysts and junior team members to strengthen performance and operational quality.
• Lead process improvement, transformation and digitalization initiatives within GTMS.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation and operational controls.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to implement best practices and enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in Transaction Banking, Treasury Services, Cash Management, Payments, Commercial Banking Operations or Financial Services.
• At least 3 years of team leadership experience.
• Experience supporting corporate, regional, commercial and institutional banking clients.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Fiserv, DNA and AFS Vision.
• Proven stakeholder management experience with US or global banks.
• Strong understanding of domestic and international payments, treasury products, cash management and banking operations.
• Experience managing escalations, operational risk, process improvement and service delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field; MBA, CA, CFA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, analytical and people leadership skills.
