Qualifications

• 3–9 years of experience in transaction management, loan operations, or credit operations.
• Experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or secured lending.
• Knowledge of wealth credit products such as Lombard lending, margin loans, or secured facilities.
• Hands-on experience with loan systems such as Loan IQ, Flexcube, AFS, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of credit documentation, covenants, and post-close monitoring.

• Supporting end-to-end wealth credit transaction lifecycle activities including deal setup, documentation checks, and post-disbursement monitoring
• Reviewing and validating credit approval memoranda, term sheets, and credit agreements for accuracy and compliance
• Assisting with facility setup and booking readiness across lending platforms ensuring data accuracy
• Performing covenant, collateral, LTV, and margin monitoring while identifying exceptions
• Conducting data quality checks, reconciliations, and remediation linked to internal and regulatory reporting
• Working under defined maker–checker controls while adhering to audit and governance standards
