Job summary

• Hands-on experience with Fiserv, DNA, and AFS Vision.
• Good understanding of loan, deposit, and retail banking products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong written communication and attention to detail.

• Participate in audits, QA reviews, and operational control activities.

Responsibilities

1. Facilitate account opening, maintenance, documentation, and onboarding activities for commercial banking customers.
