Job summary

HDFC ERGO General Insurance is seeking a Senior Agency Manager to join its Retail Business Group in India. The role focuses on managing inbound customer interactions and building relationships with HNI clients, supported by a captive inbound call center setup.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years experience in BFSI or call center/customer service, exceptional communication skills, and a client-first attitude. Undergraduate or Graduate degrees are acceptable, with prior insurance exposure a plus.
