Job summary

HDFC ERGO General Insurance in Puducherry invites applications for an Assistant Agency Manager to join our front line sales team. The role involves handling inbound calls in a captive center, delivering high-quality service to HNI customers, and working in a rotational shift with weekly offs.

Education: Any Graduate; Experience: 1-3 years in BFSI / customer service; strong communication skills and a can-do attitude are essential. Willingness to work 9–6 with a six-day work week is expected.

• Should be willing to work in captive inbound call center setup, preferably should have inbound call handling experience
• Comfortable with rotational shift and weekly offs
• Preferably from BFSI / call center / Customer Service background, having handled HNI customers
• Superlative communication skills, engaging personality, can-do / take charge attitude
• Should have zeal to service HNI customers with above-and-beyond customer service
• Insurance background an added advantage
• Edu. Qualification - Undergraduate acceptable; Graduate & above preferable
• 9-6-Day Working Week
