Job summary

Aimlay in Delhi is seeking an Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process, answer queries, and convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and timely follow-ups.

You will counsel students and parents on courses and eligibility, handle calls and emails, maintain CRM records, coordinate with internal teams, and strive to meet monthly admission and revenue targets while delivering a positive student experience.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, eligibility, and career opportunities.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries.
• Follow up with prospective students to convert leads into admissions.
• Explain fee structure, admission process, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain accurate student data and update CRM regularly.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth admission processing.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Conduct counselling sessions, seminars, and admission drives when required.
• Build strong relationships with students for better engagement and retention
• Ensure excellent student experience throughout the admission journey
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and update the database accordingly.
• Achieve the desired number of Zoom meetings and lead assignment targets.
