Easy Facility Services in Chennai is seeking an L2 Executive with 2-3 years of security operations experience for a full-time role reporting to the Assistant Security Operations Manager. You will oversee Security Operations Supervisors, source and onboard guards, and coordinate HR for background verification and compliance.

The role requires a recognised degree and the ability to manage multiple sites with strong Tamil and English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in security guard recruitment and deployment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support Security Operations Supervisors assigned to client locations.
• Handle security guard sourcing - identify, screen, verify, and onboard security personnel for assigned sites.
• Coordinate with the HR team for background verification, police clearance, and statutory compliance of all security guards.
• Monitor site-level attendance, duty compliance, and performance across all assigned security locations.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess security standards and address operational gaps.
• Manage client relationships at the operational level - handle security-related complaints, requests, and escalations.
• Ensure adequate security guard coverage at all times - plan for leaves, absences, and shift requirements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly security operations reports for the Assistant Security Operations Manager.
• Coordinate with procurement for uniforms, equipment, and site-specific security materials.
• Support the onboarding of new security clients - site risk assessment, guard deployment, and protocol setup.

• Valid two-wheeler licence and willingness to travel across Chennai

• Knowledge of Tamil Nadu Private Security Agencies Regulation Act
• Experience with background verification and police clearance processes
