The candidate will supervise guards and supervisors, coordinate deployments, monitor attendance and performance, ensure compliance, and prepare MIS reports. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• 23 years of experience in operations management in the security industry.
• Hands-on experience in security services with strong leadership and operational management skills.
• Graduate degree or relevant qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day security operations and field activities.
