• Conduct site inductions for newly deployed guards and verify understanding of site requirements
• Maintain site-level documentation - attendance registers, incident reports, duty handover records
• Coordinate emergency coverage and guard replacements during absences and shift changes

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all security guards are in proper uniform, correctly posted, and following site-specific security protocols
• Conduct regular site visits during day and night shifts to verify guard performance and presence
