LDS Guarding Solution Pvt Ltd is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily security operations, client coordination, manpower deployment, and field supervision in Noida. The role requires hands-on experience in the security services industry and strong leadership to drive operational excellence.

You will manage deployment, schedule guards, ensure client site compliance, conduct field visits, and coordinate with HR for staffing. Immediate joiners preferred, graduate level education preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Operations Management (Security Industry Preferred).
• Graduate / Relevant Qualification Preferred.
• Hands-on experience in the security services industry with leadership and operational management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day security operations and field activities.
• Handle deployment and scheduling of security personnel.
• Ensure smooth functioning of client sites and operational compliance.
• Conduct regular field visits and site inspections.
• Coordinate with clients for operational requirements and issue resolution.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of guards/supervisors.
• Maintain operational reports, documentation, and MIS records.
• Ensure timely recruitment and manpower availability as per client requirements.
• Handle escalation management and emergency situations efficiently.
• Work closely with HR and management for smooth operational flow.
