Job summary

Aiconnectz in Hyderabad seeks a Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at the site, deploy guards, monitor entry/exit, and ensure CCTV and safety systems function correctly.

You will lead security personnel, prepare duty rosters, conduct briefings, report incidents to management, coordinate with clients and authorities, and maintain comprehensive security records.

Qualifications

• Experience in security operations, facility management, industrial security, or corporate security.
• Previous experience as Security In-Charge, Security Officer, Security Supervisor, or equivalent.
• Physically fit and willing to work in shifts.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and security documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations at the assigned site and supervise guards.
• Monitor entry/exit of employees, visitors, vehicles and materials; ensure proper access control.
• Ensure CCTV, access control, fire & safety systems function correctly and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate with client, site management, and internal operations; prepare incident and MIS reports.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Security Operations

• Manage and supervise daily security operations at the assigned site.
• Ensure proper deployment and positioning of security guards as per duty requirements.
• Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials.
• Conduct regular security rounds, inspections, and checks.
• Ensure proper functioning of CCTV, access control, fire & safety systems, and other security equipment.
• Maintain discipline, alertness, and security standards across the site.

Team Management

• Lead, supervise, and guide security guards and supervisors.
• Prepare duty rosters and ensure proper manpower deployment.
• Conduct regular roll calls, briefings, and security instructions.
• Monitor attendance, grooming, uniform, punctuality, and discipline of security personnel.
• Train guards on site-specific security procedures and emergency protocols.

Incident & Emergency Management

• Handle security incidents, theft, unauthorised access, accidents, and emergencies promptly.
• Immediately report major incidents to management and the client.
• Maintain incident, occurrence, and security reports.
• Coordinate with police, fire, medical, and other emergency authorities when required.
• Support emergency evacuation and disaster-management procedures.

Client Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate effectively with the client, site management, and internal operations team.
• Implement client-specific security procedures and requirements.
• Prepare and submit daily security, attendance, incident, and MIS reports.
• Identify security risks and take corrective action.
• Ensure compliance with company and client security policies.

Preferred candidate profile Ex-Army / Ex-Defence personnel preferred.
