Job summary

Easy Facility Services in Chennai is seeking an entry-level Security Guard. This Full Time role welcomes freshers with no minimum qualification and offers on-site duties protecting client premises, monitoring entry points, and patrolling during shifts.

You will verify visitors, manage passes, operate CCTV, log incidents, and respond to alarms, while wearing the provided uniform and maintaining a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• No minimum educational qualification required; freshers are welcome.
• Physical fitness and good health; ability to stand and patrol for extended periods.
• Alert, disciplined, and responsible attitude toward security duties.
• Punctuality and reliability; shift-based work requires consistent attendance.
• Ability to follow instructions and site-specific security protocols.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Guard and protect assigned client premises, entry points, and restricted areas.
• Monitor and control the entry and exit of visitors, vehicles, and materials at the site.
• Verify visitor identity, maintain visitor registers, and issue visitor passes as per site protocol.
• Conduct regular patrols of the assigned premises during the shift.
• Monitor CCTV systems and report suspicious activity immediately to the supervisor.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms at the site.
• Ensure no unauthorised persons enter the premises.
• Check vehicles entering and exiting the premises as per site requirements.
• Maintain a daily duty log and report all incidents and observations to the Security Supervisor.
• Wear the provided uniform and maintain a professional, smart appearance at all times while on duty.
