Job summary

Impetus Technologies seeks an experienced Scrum program leader to drive delivery of software products for BFSI clients. You will manage cross-functional teams, align backlog with business goals, and ensure timely releases while controlling budget and scope.

With 7–12 years in IT services and consulting, you will apply SAFe practices to large-scale programs and coordinate closely with stakeholders. Strong JIRA usage and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in IT services & consulting.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
• Deep understanding of BFSI projects' challenges and regulations.
• Proficient with SAFe for large-scale program management.
• Experience using JIRA to track progress.

Responsibilities

• Manage Scrum teams to deliver software products on time, within budget, and meeting customer requirements.
