Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate Sprint Planning sessions, ensuring alignment of team objectives with the overall program goals.
• Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure dependencies are managed and risks are mitigated before Sprint Planning.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
• Own and manage JIRA scrum board. Utilize Agile tools and metrics like Velocity Chart, Burn-down Charts, and Cycle time to track team performance, identify areas for improvement, and report progress to senior management.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation, feedback, and learning within the team.
• Experience of MS-Project

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in project management and/or as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and conventional project management methodologies.
• Excellent organisational, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in the core banking domain, digital banking solutions, retail and corporate banking, payments, and financial regulatory frameworks.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) is an added advantage
