Qualifications

• Project certification (APMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, etc.) required.
• 5+ years of IT Project Delivery experience in Cloud environments.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with using Jira and Confluence.
• Previous proven project leadership experience.
• Experience of working with a broad range of organizations, from start-up to global enterprise.
• Experience of working within a regulated industry, ideally Financial Services or Betting & Gaming.
• Proven background in IT Cloud industry as a software development project manager, IT program/project manager, agile software manager or scrum master.
• Experienced knowledge of the software development life cycle.
• Agile knowledge required, particularly experience of SCRUM and scaled delivery (i.e. SAFe, SCRUM Scale, LeSS etc).
• Process improvement and business transformation.
