Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to drive Agile software delivery in Hyderabad, India. You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and ensure steady delivery.

You will lead Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence workflows, foster Lean thinking, and mentor teams toward high performance and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years IT experience with at least 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
• Proven experience leading Agile Scrum teams in software development projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and Lean methodologies.
• Experience facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
