Job summary

PwC in India (Hyderabad) seeks a Senior Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Lead with 10+ years of experience across multiple delivery streams. You will drive end-to-end agile delivery, facilitate ceremonies, and mentor teams through SAFe and hybrid models.

You will collaborate with onshore/offshore stakeholders, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure transparent delivery dashboards using Jira/Confluence. Strong communication and servant leadership are essential for partnering with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Lead
• Experience with end-to-end application functionality, APIs and data flows
• Experience coordinating cross-team delivery across multiple workstreams

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Manage Agile delivery across multiple workstreams and distributed onshore/offshore teams
• Track sprint/PI delivery metrics (capacity, velocity, burndown, risks, dependencies)
• Identify and resolve cross-team blockers, technical debt and delivery risks
• Communicate status, risks and trade-offs to senior leadership
• Plan resources across multi-vendor/contractor teams
• Maintain delivery dashboards and reporting tools

Hi,

10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead, preferably with prior technical experience as a Developer, QA, or Business Analyst Strong understanding of end-to-end application functionality, APIs, integrations, data flows, and technical dependencies Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives Experience managing Agile delivery across multiple workstreams and distributed onshore/offshore teams Strong experience with sprint and PI-level delivery tracking including capacity, velocity, burndown, risks, and dependencies Ability to identify and drive resolution of cross-team dependencies, blockers, technical debt, and delivery risks Strong customer and stakeholder management skills with experience communicating delivery status, risks, and technical trade-offs to senior leadership Experience with resource and capacity planning across multi-vendor / contractor / FTE teams Strong understanding of Scrum, Scrumban, SAFe, and hybrid Agile delivery models Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence; experience with delivery dashboards / AI driven reporting tools preferred CSM / PSM / SAFe Scrum Master certification preferred Experience in Banking, Payments, or Financial Services technology programs strongly preferred Strong communication, ownership, servant leadership, adaptability, and customer-first mindset
